Scope
- Implement three modules of CIS (Policy, claims and Data Warehouse)
- Project Management, Services, Projects
- Implement a fully functional, multi-site, insurance operation from the ground up within 3 months.
- CIS to be integrated with external third party systems, such as accounting, and public motor registry.
- Provide ability to add new products and modify existing products.
- Full role based implementation to reflect, and support, business and call centre operations.
- Ensure there is a robust and complete support process for the client once the system goes to production
