Speciality Lines insurance (otherwise known as white and brown goods insurance) is a market we have supported for many years. We appreciate the challenges in supporting large retail operations with fast turnover of stock, and the need for simple and efficient processes for receiving product details, accounting for new stock items.
We are able to support several modes of operation. Direct customer registration of product and warranty / insurance or alternatively bulk registration of products, followed by customer registration if claim registration occurs.
Like most solutions we implement, we have standard ways of implementation, we have advice and guidance to offer, but always implement a solution you need, even if that solution needs to be bespoke.
