The policy module is able to apply a range of policy payment collection processes, combined with a range of automatic and manual discounting solutions.

Collection and discount processes can be adapted for each geographical market that CiS is deployed.

At Contemi, we believe in best of breed from all systems we build or use, and in the case of financials the policy module updates and interfaces with external accounting and ERP solutions, where collections can then be managed via the preferred processes of the client eg invoiced based collections, regular payment collections direct from customers bank account, credit card payments.

As CiS is deployed in more and more wide ranging markets, we continue to add new and innovative features with respect to customer collections and sales channels.
