The following outlines the various operational and commercial projects we can consider when implementing your ideal solution.
Small Business
CiS modules offer all the features needed by large insurance organisations. When implementing into an SME we recognise the need for efficient and lightweight processes to enable smaller organisations to deliver high quality services to their customers, and maintain a firm grip on operations.
We also recognise budgets for SME projects are different to those of large enterprises. We offer tailored solutions to all clients, but to manage costs for our smaller clients, we offer template solutions with respect to operations, integration and data management e.g. reporting. By using our standard implementations, time can be saved with respect to project times, and also costs.
Insurance Start Ups
We have worked with several successful insurance start ups, and recognise that cost, especially in the beginning, can be critical when attempting to launch your own business. To this end we offer a range of flexible agreements, including fees tied to various GWP formulas, equity exchange or joint ventures as appropriate. We appreciate that at the beginning, you do not always need all the CiS modules, again we plan in a phased delivery to match your business plans and aspirations.
Intermediaries
Although a lot of our work has been with, and for, insurance companies, Contemi has also enabled and supported online sales access for intermediaries. Depending on your particular market, we are also seeing a demand from brokers and agencies to do more policy fulfilment on behalf of insurers. Where you represent one insurer then we understand it is more comfortable for you to use their systems, but if you wish to do policy fulfilment and customer management on behalf of several insurers then CiS can help. We can implement a low cost, partner based solution, where you can execute full policy fulfilment for each insurance partner with the one team, while still retaining brand, customer, reporting and financial separation for each insurance partner.
